OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
Morrison Express is looking for a Business Analyst - Airfreight Product to join our Corporate Air Product team. This junior role reports directly to the Air Product Manager and supports air freight strategy, data analysis, market research, sales collaboration, and carrier relationship management.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in air freight or logistics who wants to grow in a fast-paced, strategic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Research & Data Analysis

• Conduct market research and analyze global air freight trends to support decision-making.

• Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau to generate reports on cargo volume, market trends, and performance tracking.

2. Sales Data Support & Reporting

• Work with the Global Sales Management team to collect and analyze data for sales strategies.

• Support RFQ analysis and assist in pricing strategies based on market intelligence.

3. Carrier Relationship & Procurement Support

• Maintain strong relationships with air carriers to ensure competitive pricing and capacity agreements.

• Assist in evaluating and optimizing airline procurement strategies.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ad-hoc Projects

• Support initiatives with sales, operations, and procurement teams to improve air product efficiency.

• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management with a quick turnaround.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data visualization), PowerPoint, and Tableau.

Knowledge/Work Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in air freight, logistics, or product management.

• Knowledge of global air freight operations, regulations, and best practices.

• Experience in RFQ processes and pricing analysis is a plus.
