At Morrison Express, we're building a modern, global data infrastructure to support smarter, faster decisions across our business. Our GTS team is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to lead critical BI projects and drive the adoption of our new data lakehouse and enterprise reporting platform.

This role goes beyond dashboards. You'll serve as a bridge between business and technology—partnering with stakeholders to manage data definitions, build enterprise reporting pipelines, and ensure the accuracy and scalability of insights across regions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards (Tableau, Alteryx) to support global operations
  • Create and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and data pipeline development
  • Manage our enterprise data dictionary and ensure global consistency in naming and calculations
  • Collaborate on cross-regional initiatives like Project MUSE (our data lakehouse & reporting transformation)
  • Document workflows and promote best practices in data governance and BI lifecycle
  • Partner with business leaders and developers to improve data transparency and automation

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or analytics project management
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or Alteryx
  • Experience managing data documentation or standardization projects is a big plus
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • Bonus: Experience in logistics/supply chain, or with Python/R/dbt/Snowflake/Databricks
  • Strong communication skills to align teams and guide decisions with data
