You will be responsible for complete bike product planning, working closely with assembly factories and our global supply chain to ensure every DARE bike fully embodies the pinnacle of design and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and definition of complete bike product specifications.
  • Coordinate internal design/R&D with external suppliers and assembly factories.
  • Create product line roadmaps based on market demand; manage timelines, cost, and quality to ensure successful launches.
  • Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly.
  • Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in product/project management. (cycling or outdoor industry preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of complete bike specifications and component supply chain.
  • Fluent in English for technical discussions and negotiations with European partners.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and Notion project management tools.
  • Excellent
