Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily air freight operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, and customers to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of shipment data, including billing and documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Logistics, Transportation, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management industry.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics operations, Warehouse Management, and industry-related technologies.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with CargoWise is an advantage.
