Job Description

1. Flight Cargo Capacity Management

  • Manage and optimize cargo space allocation on scheduled flights to maximize load efficiency and revenue.
  • Operate cargo management systems such as Cargo Flash or Cargospot for space planning and real-time monitoring.
  • Coordinate and process cargo bookings, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, cargo agents, and internal airline departments to resolve shipment-related issues.

2. Additional Responsibilities

  • Analyze market demand and flight load factors to improve operational strategies and cargo performance.
  • Monitor cargo handling procedures to ensure compliance with airline policies and international air cargo regulations.
  • Support the sales team by providing space quotations, market updates, and availability information.
  • Handle irregular operations such as overbooking, cargo delays, and reallocation of space to minimize disruption and maintain service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in air cargo export/import operations or capacity control preferred.

Education:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Transportation Management, International Trade, or Foreign Languages (preferred).

Language Proficiency:

English: Intermediate (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

TOEIC certificate preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Familiar with data entry, document management, and administrative workflows.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Effective in client communication, complaint handling, and customer data maintenance.
  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills with both local and overseas partners.

Licenses / Certificates:

  • TOEIC certification preferred.
  • Valid scooter or motorcycle license (light or standard) required.

Additional Preferred Qualities:

  • Coursework or knowledge in international trade and air freight forwarding is a plus.
  • Experience working with air cargo export/import operations is advantageous.
  • High sense of responsibility and precision in documentation and communication.
