We are now hiring a Marketing Specialist – Asia Pacific to drive regional demand generation, partner marketing, and sales-aligned marketing programs to support aggressive APAC revenue and customer growth targets.
Role Overview
This role is the primary marketing engine for APAC, directly supporting:
- Taiwan as the core focus market for 2026–2027
- Expansion into China, Japan and Korea
- Partner development efforts including WPG/WPI, MediaTek ecosystem activities, distribution agreements, and technical GTM motions.
The Marketing Specialist will execute campaigns, events, partner co-marketing, and localized content that align to APAC's business priorities:
- Customer pipeline acceleration
- POC growth goals
- Design wins with OEMs/ODMs/IPC vendors
- Distributor-led marketing
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who excels at local execution, partner
coordination, content localization, event planning, and performance reporting,
and who is comfortable working tightly with regional sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
- Build and execute APAC demand-gen campaigns aligned with TW→ CN → JP/KR rollout strategy
- Launch targeted campaigns for:
o
Analyzer offerings
o Runtime multi-tier offerings
o POC acquisition and design-win acceleration.
- Use HubSpot for campaign automation, lead scoring, landing pages, reporting, multilingual workflows.
2. Partner & Distribution Marketing
- Support partner GTM programs with WPG, WPI, and other TW distributors — including:
o Co-branded collateral
o Joint webinars and workshops
o Demo-day support
o Marketing kits for bundling with MediaTek Genio chipsets
- Drive co-marketing activities tied to distributor sales targets (e.g., Analyzer FY26 TW & China expansion)
3. Event & Field Marketing
- Own planning for APAC tradeshows, including Embedded World 2026 demo plan and timeline execution
- Organize local roadshows, partner events, and tech meetups across Taipei, Tokyo, Seoul, and Shanghai (phased).
- Manage booth design, logistics, event operations, and follow-up nurture campaigns.
4. Ecosystem & Product Marketing Support
- Coordinate marketing activities around MediaTek Genio integrations and other chipset ecosystem partnerships.
- Develop localized messaging for EMS, vendors, and OEM/ODM buyers using Genio 700/510 and extending to Genio 1200/350.
- Produce localized technical content aligned to APAC engineering preferences (TW is engineering-driven & relationship-centric)
5. Content Localization & Collateral Creation
- Adapt all global content for Taiwan and APAC audiences:
o Product datasheets
o Sales playbooks
o One-pagers targeted at EMS/OEM technical buyers
o Distributor-ready packages
o TW/JP/KR/CN localized landing pages
- Ensure correct translation workflows for Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean.
6. Sales Alignment & Support
- Provide weekly marketing support to Head of Sales APAC, including:
o Regional pipeline health
o Lead quality analysis
o POC funnel status
o Distributor-sourced pipeline performance
- Maintain Salesforce dashboards for APAC campaigns.
- Prepare enablement kits for account-based activities, especially large OEMs and IPC vendors.
7. Reporting & Analytics
- Provide monthly campaign performance reports to CMO and APAC Sales Lead.
- Track distributor contribution, partner pipeline health, and POC progression metrics tied to revenue goals.
- Monitor campaign ROI, conversion rates, and content engagement.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, IoT, embedded systems, semiconductors, or related technology fields.
- Strong experience executing regional campaigns, partner marketing, or field marketing programs in APAC.
- Hands-on skills with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation workflows.
- Experience working with OEM/ODM/EMS environments or semiconductor distributors (WPG/WPI preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; Japanese or Korean is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multi-country marketing simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with engineering cultures (TW and JP require technical depth and relationship-driven communication)
- Ability to operate independently in a scaling, high-growth environment.
Preferred Experience
- Embedded software or IoT security ecosystem knowledge.
- Experience with ecosystem marketing involving chipset vendors, IPC
- manufacturers, or SIs.
- Previous involvement in distributor-led GTM and incentive structures.
- Experience supporting regional revenue targets and POC-driven sales
- motion.
