Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
BIM Architectural Engineer
to join our Cairo office. You will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring accurate, high-quality architectural models and documentation that support both design and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage BIM models for medium and large-scale architectural projects.
  • Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure model accuracy and clash-free integration.
  • Support design and construction teams with detailed 3D models, drawings, and documentation.
  • Ensure BIM standards, project requirements, and quality control procedures are maintained throughout all project phases.
  • Assist in implementing and improving BIM workflows and processes within the organization.

Qualifications & Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks (Photoshop is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards, coordination, and model management.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in medium to large-scale projects is highly preferred.
