The Product Manager captures the imagination with compelling narratives of initiative, hard work, and innovation. The Product Manager can spark emotion and action, transmit values and objectives, foster collaboration, and lead people and organizations into the future. The Product Manager owns the roadmap and must prioritize building what matters most to achieve the strategic goals of the organization.

A day in the life :

• Combining with the company's business goals, define the APP product roadmap, product design and interactive design related to e-voucher, mobile payment and employee benefit.
• Through data analysis and competitive product analysis, deeply understand user needs, track and research product data, analyze operating results, and optimize product strategies.
• Data driven. Know how to track, analyze data of the APP and iterate the APP features based on the results.
• Communicate product/project goals with stakeholders across departments, establish and maintain a good relationship with customers, establish and maintain a good relationship with third parties/suppliers, and coordinate internal resources with third parties/suppliers for improvement project execution.
• Design products and write detailed Product requirement documents.
• Develop project scope and purpose, including confirming the feasibility of the technical part.
• Ensure the feasibility and proper allocation of resources.
• Make good use of tools to control the scope, schedule and budget of the project, establish a detailed project plan to track progress, ensure that each project is delivered on time within the budget and scope, and review the results of the project by using systems, tools and technology.
• Implement control to reduce project risks.

You have more than 5 years of APP product owner experience in related industries such as e-commerce, point eco-system or payment solution. Familiar with the business flow and have the experience of how to make business or system more efficiently.

You have minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)

You have demonstrated:

• Possess excellent organizational skills, including detailed mastery and multi-tasking.
• Data driven. Have the ability to properly track the key metrics of an APP, analyze data and based on the analyzation, planning and enhancing the product.
• Energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions.
• Decision making and prioritization skills to ensure highest value capture.
• Ability to work under pressure from multiple parties, managing stakeholder conflicts effectively
• Goal orientated. Knowing how to achieve the company's goals by product design.
• Possess an excellent technical background, including relevant knowledge or practical work experience in software, APP development and web page creation.
• Professional licenses such as PMP / PRINCE II are preferred.
• Have the experience of how to promote a product (product marketing) is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Languages required: Fluent in oral and written Chinese(essential) and English
