About the Role

We're looking for an 
Operations Manager
 who thrives on precision, speed, and impact. You'll be responsible for driving the day-to-day operations that keep Boxo moving fast—spanning partner onboarding, process optimization, reporting, compliance coordination, and cross-team execution. You'll work closely with the founders to ensure projects run smoothly, systems scale efficiently, and operations remain aligned with our global ambitions.

This role is ideal for someone who's deeply organized, resourceful, and loves building order out of chaos.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee end-to-end operational processes across product, partnerships, and finance teams.
  • Streamline workflows and implement scalable systems to support rapid global growth.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of partner launches and integrations.
  • Track key operational metrics and report on performance, efficiency, and outcomes.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring timely deliverables and SLA compliance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Support founders in strategic initiatives and execution planning across departments.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in 
    operations
    , 
    business management
    , or 
    project management
    —preferably in a startup or high-growth tech company.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Linear, Metabase, Mixpanel, Xero, or equivalent for tracking and coordination.
  • Bonus: experience in fintech, SaaS, or cross-border operations.
