Position: Operation Manager (
Destination Management Company)

Location: Taipei

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for tour handling in European and Worldwide destinations according to our customers (agents) needs/requirements.
  • Manage the operation team in accordance to work process and provide a good collaboration with Country Managers, Sales team and Network Offices.
  • Work closely with Regional Operation Manager, provide good, valuable and workable solution to management.
  • Lead and develop a team of operation executives, to ensure quality and efficiency in optimizing productivity, and to ensure the operation team keeps up to the business and market growth.
  • Monitor the cancellation deadline and practice stringent cost control.
  • To ensure all necessary policy and processes are in compliance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Desired Experience :

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Travel & Tourism or related discipline.
  • At least 7 years relevant working experience, of which at least 2 years in managerial level.
  • Solid hands-on operation knowledge of logistics or land operator.
  • Possess good communication skills, positive mind-set and team player.
  • Good leadership, interpersonal skill and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of commitment and integrity.
  • Able to multitask, creative & resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills as well as handling ad-hoc emergencies.
