Position: Operation Manager (
Destination Management Company)
Location: Taipei
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for tour handling in European and Worldwide destinations according to our customers (agents) needs/requirements.
- Manage the operation team in accordance to work process and provide a good collaboration with Country Managers, Sales team and Network Offices.
- Work closely with Regional Operation Manager, provide good, valuable and workable solution to management.
- Lead and develop a team of operation executives, to ensure quality and efficiency in optimizing productivity, and to ensure the operation team keeps up to the business and market growth.
- Monitor the cancellation deadline and practice stringent cost control.
- To ensure all necessary policy and processes are in compliance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Desired Experience :
- Degree or Diploma holder in Travel & Tourism or related discipline.
- At least 7 years relevant working experience, of which at least 2 years in managerial level.
- Solid hands-on operation knowledge of logistics or land operator.
- Possess good communication skills, positive mind-set and team player.
- Good leadership, interpersonal skill and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a high level of commitment and integrity.
- Able to multitask, creative & resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Excellent organization and planning skills as well as handling ad-hoc emergencies.
