About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead our live streaming platform, In this role, you will drive product strategy and innovation for content distribution and user experience, while working closely with our global team. You will be responsible for shaping the future of live streaming engagement, implementing data-driven solutions, and delivering features that delight our diverse creator and viewer community.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive content distribution strategies, including AI-powered recommendation algorithms, audience targeting, and engagement frameworks to maximize content discovery and retention.
  2. Lead end-to-end product experience through designing streaming features, interactive tools, and analytics dashboards. Resolve user friction points to drive platform growth.
  3. Establish data-driven KPIs and metrics, utilizing analytics to inform product decisions and optimize engagement.
  4. Execute competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the live-streaming ecosystem.
  5. Lead cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations) to ensure feature deployment and adoption.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products, with expertise in live streaming or social platforms. Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • Deep understanding of content distribution algorithms and user analytics, with proven success in implementing growth strategies.
  • Track record of shipping impactful features that drive user engagement and business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities, with ability to translate data insights into product strategies.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and user patterns in live-streaming.

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience with monetization strategies and global payment systems.
  • Knowledge of content moderation and community safety practices.
