What To Expect
Deloitte Seeds Program is a 6-month internship program designed to recruit high-potential talents majoring in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related discipline. The program aims to develop young generation into future leaders for critical positions within Deloitte Taiwan.

Digital Transformation Stream

Placement of Deloitte Seeds Intern is determined during the hiring process where we match the business needs and the interests/skills of the Deloitte Seeds Intern. The various teams in Deloitte include:

• Customer

• Deloitte's Customer team envision, realise and scale customisable long-term solutions that empower our clients, across all industries, to forge meaningful, lasting connections with their workforce, customers and global community.

• SAP

• Deloitte's SAP team bring to bear our deep industry experience at the intersection of business transformation and technology enablement; a large portfolio of real-world-tested transformation accelerators; and an extensive track record delivering the impact that matters the most.

• Human Resources Transformation

• Deloitte's HR Transformation team empower HR to take the lead. Create HR strategy using our leading HRT labs. Explore ways to develop a human-centred workforce experience and emphasise employee engagement to prepare for technology adoption

Work You'll Do

• Work across a variety of projects and build knowledge across relevant domains.
• Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems.
• Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoption.
• Support development and implementation of quality business digital solutions and align delivery to business goals.

Requirements

• Final year students with a graduation conferral date between June 2026 and Aug 2026
• Currently enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree program in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Environmental Science, Social Science or a related discipline
• Availability to intern for at least 24 hours per week during the semesters and full-time during summer and winter breaks
• Excellent analytical skill with high commitment to quality client service
• Excellent consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills.
