The Transformation Project Manager serves as a key member of the Transformation Office, responsible for coordinating and driving cross-functional initiatives that enable organizational transformation. This role ensures the effective execution of strategic priorities, process optimization, and change management across departments. The position requires strong integrative thinking, project management expertise, and exceptional communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate is agile, proactive, and results-oriented—capable of turning transformation strategies into measurable outcomes in a dynamic business environment.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and Execute Priorities – Manage assigned priorities from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor and Report Progress – Track the status of initiatives, prepare clear updates, and proactively highlight risks or opportunities to the Chief of Staff.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate effectively with both senior leaders and team members across functions and regions to maintain alignment, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Support Process Improvements – Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance execution efficiency, and support the adoption of new tools and practices across the organization.
  • Maintain Flexibility – Adapt to changing priorities and business needs while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or transformation.
  • Proven track record of working directly with senior executives and leading complex cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work across diverse teams and regions.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, professional maturity, and leadership presence.
