With a growing presence in Asia, we are expanding our engineering capabilities in Taipei to accelerate the development of our gaming audio product line, including cutting-edge wireless headsets, desktop audio solutions, and integrated voice communication systems.

Position Summary, Responsibilities And Expectations

  • Drive end-to-end project execution for audio hardware programs, ensuring timely delivery, product quality, and cost targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (audio engineering, firmware/software, mechanical, electrical, ID, QA) and external partners (ODMs, CM/JDMs).
  • Lead milestone planning, risk management, status reporting, design reviews, and schedule coordination.
  • Serve as the key liaison between Taipei-based engineering and Corsair's global stakeholders in the U.S. and other regions.
  • Ensure that product specs meet Corsair's performance standards, gamer expectations, and compliance requirements (FCC, CE, etc.).
  • Guide prototype builds, EVT/DVT/PVT phases, and validation cycles.
  • Manage component selection trade-offs, supplier readiness, and manufacturing ramp.
  • Champion process optimization and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate development cycles.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management for consumer electronics, with a strong focus on audio products.
  • In-depth understanding of product development processes, including DFX, BOM management, and manufacturing handoff.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as Bluetooth, USB-C audio, ANC, DSP, and acoustic calibration.
  • Track record of working with Asian ODM/JDM partners, ideally in the gaming or audio sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or similar credentials are a plus.
