Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced senior UX/UI designer with a avant-garde design vision, systematic thinking, and modular design component management skills. This role will focus on experience innovation and visual design for OTT products, while also supporting the building of design systems from scratch. As a core design team member, you will work directly with the design lead and have hands-on design decisions, iterate on product experience and design, collaborate closely with development and product teams to enhance our product and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. UX/UI design for core OTT platform modules (such as live streaming, audience interaction, gifting systems, streamer-side features, etc.).
  2. Collaborate with the design lead to establish product design system, leading the creation of a Figma component library and design specs.
  3. Conduct user research and competitive analysis to improve UX and conversion rates through design solutions.
  4. Deliver high-quality design outputs, including user flow diagrams, low/high fidelity prototypes, and visual assets.
  5. Continuously optimize and iterate existing interface to ensure design consistency and streamline development.
  6. Share design ideas and results to management, communicate effectively, accept constructive feedback, and adjust direction as necessary.
  7. Finger on industry trends, proactively propose innovative and optimization suggestions, and drive cutting-edge exploration of product experience and interaction.

Job requirements

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in visual design, communication, interface interaction, or related fields.
  2. 5+ years of UX/UI experience, preferably with live streaming platforms, short video, entertainment, or social products.
  3. Excellent interface visual design skills, able to independently produce interface designs that align with design language to maintain style consistency.
  4. Expert Figma user with experience building complete component libraries; familiar with Atomic Design or design system construction concepts.
  5. Familiar with design specs for iOS, Android, Web, and other multi-platforms; able to deliver high-quality multi-platform adaptation solutions.
  6. Strong product understanding, logical thinking, communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  7. Some operational design ability to support event visuals, skins, banners, and related materials.
  8. Animation skills or understanding of front-end development is a plus.
