In this position you will....
build strong customer relationship with our key stakeholders to generate sales revenue and achieve the annual sales target. Plan, build, and strengthen partners' relationships with key contacts of business partners/prospects.
You will be responsible for…
Achieving annual sales targets and generating sales revenue for the company.
Building strong customer relationship with the customer's key stakeholders to penetrate key accounts through solid understanding business drivers.
Analyzing customer's business needs, challenges and technical requirements to provide bespoke device protection solutions to meet the customer's business needs.
Developing and driving strategic and multi-lined business account plans to ensure accounts are managed and continuously grown.
Managing all customer requirements, needs, issues as well as end-to-end flow of customer journey to professionally.
Develop and implement business solutions continuously. Manage the projects' status and ensure to be delivered on time.
Take lead in new project management & implementation
Daily tracking and reporting on subscriptions and the status of customer base
Conducting quarterly business reviews with customers to identify and develop new sales opportunities and prepare sales action plan accordingly.
Acting as a liaison with all internal groups including but not limited to Finance, Legal, Logistics, Operations, and other business groups
Review & analysis of the market situation and report to senior management periodically

You will require the following qualifications and skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
At least 5 years working experience of which 3 years in sales, key account management and business development, preferably in telco and electrical appliance retail industry.
Highly motivated, pro-active and organized self-starter with ability to work independently is essential. Ability to plan, prioritize & meet deadlines.
Highly adaptable with ability to be a quick learner of new products and services.
Highly developed analytical skills for business decisions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and storytelling skills.
"Can Do" attitude to take up challenges
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Intercultural proficiency in dealing internationally and with matrix organizations.
