Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Taiwan

Employment: Full-time

  1. Key Missions & Responsibilities

  2. Market Expansion

  3. Design and execute go-to-market strategies for core verticals (retail, logistics, hospitality, etc.)
  4. Pipeline Management
  5. Source prospects, drive deals through the funnel, and close with optimal efficiency.
  6. Team Building
  7. Hire, coach, and motivate a high-performing BD team; set goals and manage KPIs.
  8. Growth Ownership
  9. Hit GMV and revenue targets; drive upsell and cross-sell with existing clients
  10. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to maximize customer experience.

  1. Must-Have Qualifications

  2. Proven Track Record – 3+ years building and leading BD/Sales teams in a startup or high-growth environment.

  3. Outperformance – Consistently exceeded annual/quarterly targets with clear metrics.
  4. Leadership – Experience hiring, evaluating, and motivating multi-member teams.
  5. Strategic Thinking – Ability to translate market insights into actionable tactics and run KPI-driven PDCA cycles.
  6. Communication – Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin.

  7. Mission Fit – Deep alignment with Flexii's Mission / Vision / Values and a drive to create social impact.

  8. Nice-to-Have

  9. Knowledge of the gig economy, talent marketplaces, HR Tech, or FinTech.

  10. Cross-border BD experience in ASEAN
  11. Hands-on "0→1→10" scale-up experience as a playing manager.

  12. Understanding of unit economics for platform businesses.
