Amphenol LTW is seeking European or North American engineers already based in Taiwan or China to join our Junior FAE program.

Role:

  • Participate in a 3–12 month structured training program (probation: 3 months).

  • Includes factory floor immersion to learn production, assembly, and quality.

  • Provide technical support, application guidance, and design-in support to customers.

  • Author application notes, white papers, and market/competitor analysis.

  • After training: return to your home region (Europe/North America) as an FAE, or continue working in Asia depending on fit.

Requirements:

  • EU or North American nationality, currently living in Taiwan/China.

  • Engineering degree or equivalent, 2+ years' experience.

  • English required; Chinese is a plus.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent work style.
