Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Taipei–Keelung Metropolitan area for a Field Application Engineer. The Field Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting in the field applications, and collaborating with the sales team to address customer needs. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, solving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by ensuring that product specifications meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in field applications and providing technical support
  • Skills in sales to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs
  • Knowledge of x86 PC platform, Windows OS, Linux OS, AI appications
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
  • Experience in rugged mobile solutions is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
