IMS Nanofabrication in Taiwan enables the largest semiconductor manufacturing companies by providing state-of-the-art mask writers. To help our customer to use our equipment for leading edge application we provide first class customer support and service.To prepare you for your role you will get started with an intensive training period of several months.
Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for regular analysis and maintenance of our MBMWs at the customer site to ensure highest possible tool uptime. This includes daily tool- and facility checks and regular maintenance tasks.
  • You will recover the tool in case of errors and incidents based on a morning/afternoon shift and on-call support.
  • You will perform preventive maintenance including troubleshooting and parts exchanges.
  • You will operate, calibrate and optimize the MBMW.
  • You will additionally also support tool installation at all phases.
  • You will be responsible to document performed tasks, create and update information in our ticket system.

Your Qualifications

  • You have minimum 3 years of related work experience and completed technical education in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or similar.
  • Good knowledge of vacuum systems or high voltage systems are a benefit.
  • You have very good knowledge of English, written and spoken. Japanese or German would be a benefit but not a must.
  • You can grasp complex technical content and synthesize it clearly while using your analytical skills and technical knowledge.
  • You know how to cope with challenges, work independently but are also a team player.
  • Well organized, assertive and a likeable team member who is eager to continuously improve the use of interpersonal skills.
  • Making informed decisions in stress situations while remaining resilient.
  • Flexible working arrangements and rotational shifts is not cumbersome.
  • Vendor experience with customers in the semiconductor industry is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work in a clean room.
