About The Role
The Senior Field Application Engineer based in Taiwan, will be a bridge between our customer and our engineering to work together to solve all technical problems and satisfy what customer needs. The Senior Field Application Engineer will work closely with sales and marketing to introduce and promote company products to customers through technical training and demos, highlighting how our products can bring value to the customers.

Essential Function

• Work closely with sales, engineering, product marketing, and design team to resolve customer issues and facilitate successful design wins.
• Provide in-depth technical support, including on-site assistance, troubleshooting, product demonstration, training and design reviews for customers.
• Document field issues reported by customers
• Partner with sales and marketing to promote company's products to customers
• Support the integration of Airgain technologies into customer systems
• Partner with the design engineers on new designs to meet customer requirements
• Understand customer project schedule and plan supporting resources from engineering, product management, and system test teams accordingly
• Set up regular calls with customers to provide updates and directions to internal teams
• Provide training to customers on Airgain cellular connectivity
• Support technical solutions to meet the company's business, technical and financial goals
• Support internal teams in tradeshow setup and demos

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 3 + years of experience in antenna design and antenna measurement
• Knowledgeable of modern communication protocols such as Wi-Fi 7 and 5G NR.
• Knowledgeable of IOT communication protocol such as LTE-M, NB-IOT and GPS.
• Continuous professional development in new methods, procedures, and trends
• Meets output standards and performance goals.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising quality
• Good communication skills, including written and spoken English.
• Strong collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
