You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing equipment performance and throughput while supporting production plan and enhance EHS of the department. You will also conduct equipment trainings for technicians and other engineers, and also support department projects and enhance equipment capacity. 負責機台維護和保養,提升效能,支援生產線規劃以及符合環安衛要求。提供技術員以及其他工程師機台訓練,支援部門專案,並且提高機台能力。

What You Will Be Doing

• To maintain and increase equipment performance and throughput 機台維護和保養,提升效能及產出
• To support production plan and enhance EHS 支援生產線規劃以及符合環安衛要求
• To provide trainings for equipment technicians/engineers 提供技術員以及其他工程師機台訓練
• To monitor expenses by reviewing spare parts and finding second source 掌控備品使用狀況,找尋適合的備品
• To evaluate cost reduction and make continuous improvement降低成本、持續改善
• To support department projects and enhance equipment capacity支援部門專案,提高設備能力

What You Will Bring Along

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering 大學以上,工程相關科系
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment engineering preferably from semiconductor industry 五年以上設備維護經驗,半導體產業尤佳
• Familiar with CVD,etching,and photo process technology, wafer fab technology 熟悉化學沉積爐,蝕刻&與黃光製程技術,前段晶圓技術
• Good command of English 一般英文運用
