Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd. is currently seeking applicants for an Engineer, Equipment Engineering 晶圓廠 設備工程師.

You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing equipment performance and throughput while supporting production plan and enhance EHS of the department.  Also, will conduct equipment trainings for technicians, participate in projects by working with equipment team leaders, R&D engineers and process engineers to improve machine up-time rate and equipment utilization. 負責機台維護和保養,提升效能,支援生產線規劃以及符合環安衛要求。提供技術員機台訓練,與部門組長、研發工程師、製程工程師專案合作,以提高機台效能

What you will be doing:

• To maintain and increase equipment performance and throughput 機台維護和保養,提升效能及產出
• To support production plan and enhance EHS 支援生產線規劃以及符合環安衛要求
• To provide trainings for equipment technicians 提供技術員機台訓練
• To monitor expenses by reviewing spare parts and finding second source 掌控備品使用狀況,找尋適合的備品
• To evaluate new equipment, cost reduction and make continuous improvement 評估新設備、降低成本、持續改善
• To support new projects and enhance equipment automation 支援新專案,提高設備自動化

What you will bring along:

• Junior College or above in Engineering 專科或大學以上,工程相關科系
• Experience in equipment engineering preferably from semiconductor industry相關設備維護經驗,半導體產業尤佳
• Familiar with marking, etching, metallization, testing & final inspection equipment for wafer fab technology 熟悉前段晶圓相關設備技術如雷刻、蝕刻、金屬披覆、測試及最終檢驗設備
• Good communication, read and write in English 一般英文運用
