【工作內容】
- 熟悉 SHOPLINE 前、後台所有的功能操作並且靈活運用,協助店家盤點既有網店配置與功能、並輔導操作系統功能
- 協助整理成長諮詢專案所需內容並執行,即時處理客戶來信、訊息、及搜集資料
- 協助維護大客戶既有日常所需內容並執行,紀錄客戶相關問題,使用後台或者試算表做相應紀錄並定期匯整與回報給主管
- 關注電商 (跨境電商) 相關資訊,協助製作簡報幫助店家了解電商市場動向、電商產業建議
