【主要職責】
1. 建立與維繫商家關係,持續探索市場機會與客戶價值
2. 協助商家優化營運效率、提供數據建議與平台操作協助
3. 發想並執行線上/線下行銷活動,帶動流量與業績成長
4. 負責商家後台教育訓練、商品優化與行銷活動邀請
5. 與跨部門團隊(行銷/品牌)協作,共同執行推廣專案
6. 規劃所有有助商家成長的合作提案與行動

【必要條件】
1. 至少一年以上業務開發、商家經營或合作夥伴管理經驗
2. 熟練使用 Excel、Word 等工具,能獨立完成報表與簡報製作
3. 熟悉行銷或商務活動規劃與執行流程
4. 具備商家端後台操作、上架、培訓等實務經驗
5. 能適應快速變動的工作步調,具備跨部門協作經驗

As a Business Development Manager in the Lifestyle team, you'll partner with stylish, social, and experience-driven merchants to grow their digital presence. From spas to brunch spots to trendsetting studios, you'll bring value through partnership, creativity, and community. If you love curating good vibes and closing great deals, this role is built for you.

【Typical Accountability】
1. Manage and nurture long-term relationships with lifestyle merchants
2. Provide partners with digital operation advice, data-driven suggestions, and platform best practices
3. Plan and execute marketing collaborations — online or offline — to boost visibility and sales
4. Train merchants on using the system backend and guide product optimization
5. Collaborate across teams on campaign ideas and commercial project execution
6. Lead initiatives that support merchant growth and platform engagement

【Essential Competencies】
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, account management, or partner success
2. Proficient in Excel and Word; able to independently prepare performance or proposal reports
3. Ability to plan and execute business or marketing initiatives
4. Experience with client communication, backend operations, or merchant onboarding
5. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
