Position: Project Secretary

Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a contract term of 1 year, with the possibility of extension. The Project Secretary will be based at our client's site and will work closely with the project team to support the successful delivery of the project.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining project documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for project team members.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
- Maintain project files and ensure all documentation is up to date and organized.
- Assist with project budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates and gather necessary information.
- Support project team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Secretary or similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects is preferred.
