職務介紹
研華正在招募一位經驗豐富的物料管理人才加入組織。藉由人才的專業精進研華的物料統籌管理,工作內容如評估物料下單、了解並掌控物料庫存水位等。

主要工作內容:
- Review material requests through MRP system and issue purchase orders in time for the material build plan.
- PO management and execute pull-in, push-out, and cancelation activities
- On time delivery management
- Provide upper management with visibility on inventory related issues. Assess and evaluate life of inventory (regular, aging, excess, EOL, etc.) and prepare reports on a regular basis.
- Prepare and participate in follow-up with suppliers on performance against target and agreed development activities.

人才需具備:
- 工作經驗:1年以上
- 學歷要求:大學、碩士
- 科系要求:企業管理相關,國際貿易相關,英美語文相關
- 語文條件:英文(聽:精通、說:精通、讀:精通、寫:精通)
- 擅長工具:Excel、PowerPoint、Word、MRP
- 其他條件:
1.積極進取的性格來帶動其他成員並取得成果。
2.能夠在充滿活力、團隊導向、快節奏的環境中工作。
3.良好的溝通能力以及勇於挑戰的企圖心。
4.具採購Buyer相關或物料管理(物管)經驗尤佳。
5.如有 (1)採購或物料管理(物管)相關證照加分。
(2) 英文相關證照請提供。
