AECOM台灣建築與人居環境部(Building + Places)涵蓋多元領域,包含城市設計與總體規劃、城市人本空間改造、建築與景觀設計,致力於推動整體城市的宜居品質與永續發展。

本職位隸屬於部門下的台北景觀設計團隊(Landscape Design),案件內容多元,包括文化及旅遊度假景觀、住宅及商業社區開發景觀、及公共開放空間景觀等。

職責:

• 與團隊主管或專案經理合作,協助台灣或亞洲地區的中大型規劃開發及基礎建設專案的景觀設計發展與協調工作。

• 參與設計發展(Design Development)、概念設計 (Conceptual Design)、方案設計 (Schematic Design) 、施工圖繪製 (Construction Drawing)、及製作簡報資料(包括3D/2D圖像、草圖等)。

• 專案期間密切協助團隊主管或專案經理,確保溝通順暢並準時交付成果

• 與公司內部的建築與人居環境部或其他業務線的團隊協調設計、技術及行政相關事宜。

• 與外部顧問、承建商及供應商(建築師、結構工程師、材料供應商等)協調施工階段的工作。

• 檢視並應用當地標準的景觀設計技術、程序與準則。

• 擁有景觀建築相關學士或碩士學位。

• 具備至少2年景觀設計相關工作經驗。

• 曾於本地景觀設計顧問公司工作或參與大型專案者優先,熟悉台灣設計標準尤佳。

• 熟悉AutoCAD軟體、Adobe系列軟體(如:Adobe illustrator、photoshop)、及Office。

• 具備使用3D軟體能力,如Sketchup、Lumion、Rhino 、Revit及BIM等尤佳。

• 具備良好的中文書寫及口語能力,若能以英文溝通尤佳。

• 能夠獨立作業並具備團隊合作精神,願意學習並與團隊共同成長。

• 工作時間: 週一至週五,上午 9:00 至下午 6:00,包含 1 小時午休時間。

• 出差需求: 依專案需求安排出差或外派。
