This job focuses on developing business and selling a chemical material in advanced electronic market (focus on Copper Clad Laminate).

Core Responsibility:

Implement the sales strategy and deliver annual sales targets, including channel partner collaboration and management, grow business and maintain profitability in the highly competitive market.

Drive business growth through rigorous pipeline management, developing multi level and multi-functional relationships with customers.  Lead selling activities, develop existing business as well as explore new businesses with new customers and/or new applications.

Develop breakthrough model in the assigned territory and execute.

Competencies Requirement:

Drives result, makes quality decisions, resourcefulness, being resilient, as well as agility and proactiveness to the dynamics of customer and market.  Demonstrates financial acumen and business insights.

Communicates effectively, collaborates, builds networks, builds multi-level relationships with customers and stakeholders.

University degree. Good written and spoken English.

10+ years' sales experience in the electronic market with convincing track records of business developments and sales accomplishments
