Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager in the International Market Division's Human Health Supplement Business Department. The position is located in Taipei City.

  1. Market Development & Sales

■ Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for international markets.

■ Identify, develop, and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors and business partners.

■ Analyze target market demands and recommend suitable product portfolios and pricing strategies for local markets.

  1. Brand Marketing & Promotion

■ Plan and execute brand promotion activities, including online and offline marketing campaigns.

■ Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business conferences to enhance brand awareness.

  1. Customer Management & Service

■ Establish relationships with local distributors, healthcare institutions, and retailers, providing product training and technical support.

■ Collect and analyze customer feedback to support product and service improvements.

  1. Internal Collaboration

■ Coordinate with internal teams (such as R&D, business administration, etc.) to ensure smooth supply chain operations and compliance.

Required Skills

  1. Familiarity with the international health supplement market's cultural, business, and regulatory environment.

  2. Experience in managing partnerships with distributors and agents.

  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English and local languages preferred.

  4. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Additional Requirements

  1. Proven experience in international brand marketing, with a proactive personality and strong drive for performance.

  2. Strong professional negotiation skills and a high sense of responsibility.

  3. Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  4. Familiarity with the health supplement industry is a plus.

  5. Strong international market knowledge and established professional network.

  6. Willingness to travel frequently; cross-cultural work experience preferred.

  7. Minimum of 5 years' experience in international marketing or business development, preferably within the health supplement industry.
