Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join the USANA's Taiwan market development team as a market development executive. In this position, you will assist the team in executing programs that enhance the company's relationship with its independent associates including, but not limited to, training, recognition, and motivational programs, so that they can effectively promote USANA's products and business opportunity.   What You Will Do as USANA's Market Development Executive 

Generate reports for supervisor and key department headsLead and build rapport with assigned associates' teams and provide feedback on the support and progress of these teams during weekly team meetingsPlan and manage weekly meetings and seminarsPrepare PowerPoint materials for open meetings and recognition eventsManage the monthly recognition eventHandle all associates' recognition – recognition photos, electronic letters, pins, electronic wall of fame and magazine recognitionAssist in all incentive trips coordination – VISA and travel arrangement etcEvent venue sourcing and submission of event contracts for approvalProvide support to sales and marketing departmentsPerform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed. Background and Skills You Will NeedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant discipline preferred. Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin (dealing with Mandarin speaking customers) Minimum 3 years of related experience Knowledge with Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel IT savvy, independent, excellent communication skills, original and fun Pleasant, outgoing with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsMust be creative, detail-oriented, have good planning & analytical skills and able to work effectively in a team environment.
