Brand and Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist

This position will be in charge of brand & influencer marketing work for the Taiwanese market. Details are below:

  • Plan and manage end-to-end monthly influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Manage & create creative content to build up strong social media channels in Taiwan.
  • Work closely with your direct supervisor, in-house teams, freelancers, and agencies (PR, advertising, market research, etc.) to ensure impeccable execution of all brand marketing activities and other related work.
  • Assist the direct supervisor in developing strong and good working relationships with media, KOLs, and influencers.
  • Plan, measure, track, and report the budget control & performance of all branding & influencer campaigns against goals (KPIs).
  • Propose initiatives to increase market share and the brands reputation.
  • Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Support for content translation or contextualization into Taiwanese, if any.

Requirements

  • Proficient track record with minimum of 2-3 years of in-depth experience in executing influencer marketing, brand or social media, particularly within the industry.
  • Up to date with the latest trends, technologies, tools, and methodologies in brand, influencer marketing, or social media, especially in the Taiwanese market.
  • Strong creative skills, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheet, Slideshow,...).
  • Self-starter, self-motivator and capable of working under minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrate high standards of work ethics, driven by quality & productivity.
  • Have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, have initiative, and be proactive, going beyond the call of duty.
  • Either Taiwanese or Vietnamese living in Taiwan, with exceptional proficiency in both Taiwanese and English languages, particularly in communication skills.
