Job Overview

Focused on B2B sales and market expansion within the medical device sector, this role will lead new market development, healthcare system collaboration, product demonstrations, and sales growth. It combines strategy, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration, and will play a key role in driving global business expansion.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new market partners, driving product demonstrations and sales growth

Establish and foster domestic and international healthcare system collaborations

Collaborate cross-functionally to design service processes and integration mechanisms

Monitor industry trends, competition to refine strategies

Achieve annual sales targets with a results-driven approach

Handle ad-hoc assignments with flexibility as required by supervisors

Qualifications

Master's degree or above in Life Sciences, Sales, or Medical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or B2B sales

Fluent in Mandarin and English; TOEIC 800+ or equivalent proficiency

Highly motivated, strong communicator, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

Background in respiratory therapy or medical device project management

Business development experience in the US/Europe

Familiarity with healthcare markets (Pulmonology, OB/GYN, Pediatrics)
