【Job Overview】

The Business Development Manager for AIWBD is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the enterprise wireless networking space. The role requires a strategic business mindset to identify market opportunities, forge key partnerships with system integrators (SIs), and develop tailored WLAN solutions that meet enterprise client needs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of WLAN technologies with the ability to develop long-term, profitable business relationships and strategies that align with company growth objectives.

【Key Responsibilities】

1. Business Development & Sales Strategy:


• Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise WLAN space, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.


• Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to expand WLAN market share in targeted industries (e.g., healthcare, education, manufacturing, etc.).


• Drive revenue growth by collaborating with system integrators (SIs) and key enterprise partners, positioning the company as a trusted provider of WLAN solutions.


• Utilize a business-oriented approach to assess market demand, customer needs, and competitive positioning to build effective go-to-market strategies.


• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through a combination of direct sales, partnerships, and new market entry strategies.

2. System Integrator (SI) Partnership Development:


• Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with system integrators to scale the reach of WLAN solutions.


• Collaborate closely with SIs to understand their business models, align objectives, and create joint solutions that cater to enterprise client needs.


• Develop and execute partner enablement programs, ensuring SIs are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to successfully promote and deploy WLAN products.


• Negotiate partnership agreements and lead joint business planning with SIs, including revenue-sharing models and go-to-market campaigns.


• Leverage SI relationships to gain insights into market trends and customer preferences, using this data to shape future offerings and strategies.

3. Business & Financial Acumen:


• Utilize a business-minded approach to analyze financial models, pricing strategies, and profitability margins to ensure sustainable business growth.


• Develop ROI-driven proposals and financial justifications for WLAN solutions, addressing customer pain points while ensuring profitability.


• Analyze the overall WLAN market to identify key trends, market gaps, and competitor strategies, using insights to adapt and optimize business approaches.


• Use performance metrics and data-driven insights to track the success of sales strategies, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet financial targets.

4. Product & Market Knowledge:


• Maintain a deep understanding of WLAN technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi 6, standards), wireless network architecture, and how these technologies meet the needs of enterprise clients.


• Stay updated on the latest innovations in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and digital transformation trends, incorporating relevant developments into business strategies.


• Work with technical teams to influence product roadmap decisions based on market feedback and evolving enterprise client needs.

5. Client Engagement & Value Proposition:


• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning WLAN solutions as key enablers of business success.


• Present and articulate the business value of WLAN products and services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating how solutions align with their business goals.


• Lead negotiations with enterprise clients, ensuring mutual value creation and securing long-term contracts that contribute to company growth.


• Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring successful implementation.

6. Collaboration & Reporting:


• Collaborate across internal teams, including product development, marketing, and technical support, to align on business development strategies and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.


• Provide senior leadership with regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and partnership initiatives, including recommendations for business growth.

【Qualifications】

Technical Knowledge:


• Strong understanding of WLAN technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi 6, network security, enterprise networking) and how these solutions deliver value in an enterprise setting.


• Familiarity with networking infrastructure (switching, routing, security) and systems integration processes.

Skills:


• Strong business acumen with the ability to assess financial metrics, analyze market conditions, and optimize revenue strategies.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term business success.
