Reflecting our unique dual identity as both a prestigious brand and a manufacturing powerhouse, the ideal candidate must be adept at navigating the complexities of multinational legal affairs. In addition to managing traditional legal risks, this role requires pragmatic and constructive negotiations with leading industry clients on intricate contractual terms. The candidate should also excel in coordinating with a broad spectrum of suppliers—ranging from major semiconductor manufacturers to smaller component vendors—to foster smooth and effective collaboration when challenges arise. • Legal Compliance and Risk Management

  • Establish, refine, and oversee a comprehensive compliance framework addressing international trade, intellectual property protection, data privacy, antitrust compliance, and product liability.

  • Lead major litigation and dispute resolution efforts, working closely with external counsel and regulatory bodies to safeguard the company's interests.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Partner with the Board, executive management, and business units to provide timely and expert legal guidance on matters such as supply chain partnerships and global brand initiatives.

  • Promote the standardization of legal practices across regions, ensuring risk management measures are effectively and consistently implemented throughout the organization.

  • Negotiation and Stakeholder Management

  • Engage in pragmatic and constructive negotiations with top-tier industry clients to resolve complex contractual terms, ensuring balanced outcomes that respect all parties' interests.

  • Manage coordination challenges among diverse suppliers—employing effective negotiation and mediation strategies to facilitate cooperative partnerships.

  • Team Leadership and Culture Building

  • Build and lead a high-performing, diverse legal team proficient in multinational legal matters.

  • Foster a legal department culture rooted in transparency, integrity, collaboration, and innovation, aligned with the company's broader organizational values.

Qualifications

  • Education and Professional Credentials

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree, with an active license to practice law or internationally recognized legal qualifications.

  • Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of legal experience in corporate or law firm environments, including at least 8 years in a leadership role within a multinational or high-tech manufacturing company.

  • Extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing, technology innovation, supply chain management, and global brand protection law is highly desirable.

Required Competencies

  • Consistently work hard, show persistence and dedication, and serve as a role model for colleagues.
  • Deep understanding of international legal systems and regulatory environments.
  • Proven negotiation skills, with a strong track record of engaging with leading industry clients on intricate contractual discussions and managing collaboration challenges with diverse suppliers.
  • Exceptional risk assessment, crisis management, and decision-making capabilities, particularly under high-pressure conditions.
