Description

1.In charge of originate, underwrite and handle general fire accounts with a focus on profitability
2.Assess, select, price eventually with the support of pricing actuaries, the opportunities presented by brokers and local insurers in accordance with Chubb risk appetite.
3.Collaborate with Risk Engineers on the review and assessment of the accounts.
4.Leading a team of 2~3 to achieve the production/profit goal.
5.Team player but can also work in autonomy.

1.負責開發、核保並與火險客戶維持客戶高滿意度關係。
2.根據Chubb的風險偏好,評估、選擇和定價,同時在定價時獲得定價精算師的支持,處理經紀人和保險公司提供的上商業機會。
3.與風險管理團隊合作,進行帳戶的審查和評估。
4.領導2至3人的團隊實現生產和盈利目標。
5.具備團隊合作精神,同時能夠獨立工作。

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in insurance or law related.
2. More than 5~8 years underwriting experiences in general insurance industry.
3. Good command of English.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Financial acumen with insurance market proficiency.
6. Strong team player working with various business functions including Operation, Risk Engineering, Claim, and Finance
7. Proactive and takes the initiative to navigate complex environment.
