We are seeking a
Senior Infrastructure Technical Program Manager
to lead IT infrastructure and MIS projects across multiple sites. This role drives
cloud transformation, automation, and cybersecurity initiatives
, ensuring high availability, stability, and security of IT services.

Key Responsibilities | 主要職責

  • Plan and execute infrastructure and collaboration platform projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress control.規劃並執行基礎架構及協作平台專案,包含時程、資源整合與進度控管
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and cloud service providers to ensure successful project delivery.跨部門協調,並與外部供應商、雲端服務商合作,確保專案順利交付。
  • Lead IT environment projects (network, servers, virtualization, cloud, security, data centers).主導 IT 環境專案(網路、伺服器、虛擬化、雲端、資安、機房)。
  • Prepare project documentation: requirements, architecture plans, acceptance reports, and closure summaries.撰寫專案需求、架構規劃、驗收報告及結案文件。
  • Drive initiatives such as backup automation, security implementation, disaster recovery, and cloud migration.推動備份自動化、資安落地、災難復原及雲端遷移等專案。
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and project risk assessments.協助預算控管、KPI 管理及風險評估。

Requirements | 任職條件

  • Education | 學歷:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
  • 資訊管理、工程、專案管理或相關科系學士以上學位。
  • Experience | 經驗:
    5+ years in IT infrastructure or project management; multi-site or international project experience preferred.5年以上 IT 基礎架構或專案管理經驗;具跨國或多場域專案經驗尤佳。
  • Familiarity with network and data center operations is a plus.熟悉網路與機房作業環境尤佳。
  • Certifications | 證照:
    PMP / Agile / ITIL preferred.
  • Languages | 語言:
    Proficient in English; Mandarin or local language is an advantage. 英文溝通能力良好;會中文或當地語言尤佳。
  • Skills | 技能:
    Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI).熟悉專案管理工具(Jira、Confluence、MS Project、Power BI)。
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills (English & Chinese).良好文件撰寫與報告能力(中英雙語)
