Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated
Accountant
to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your insights will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health and supporting the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing relevant financial data.
  • Stay updated on local regulations and compliance requirements affecting financial reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for management and stakeholders, providing insights on financial performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in internal audits and assist in implementing any recommended changes.
  • Manage documentation and ensure proper record-keeping for all financial transactions.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
