【Job Overview】

This position is responsible for the overall accounting and financial management of crypto-related clients. The scope includes virtual asset accounting, cash flow management, credit card transactions, wealth management product accounting, and financial analysis.

You will work closely with cross-functional and system teams to continuously optimize financial processes and data accuracy, driving automation and efficiency improvements to deliver more timely and insightful financial analysis.

【What You Will Do】


•
Virtual Asset Accounting:
Develop accounting policies, process transaction entries, and perform valuation and impairment testing.


•
Cash Flow Management:
Handle cash inflows and outflows reconciliation, establish automated reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


•
Credit Card Accounting:
Manage credit card transactions and fee calculations, ensuring smooth channel management and settlement.


•
Wealth Management Accounting:
Handle accounting and reporting for clients' asset management activities (staking, lending), ensuring financial compliance for new products.


•
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Establish KPIs and financial metrics, perform business and financial analysis, and prepare management reports to support decision-making.


•
System & Cross-Department Collaboration:
Participate in CRM and financial system optimization projects, streamline workflows, and promote financial automation and data integration.

【We're Looking For】


• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Over 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in auditing.


• Proficiency in Excel and common financial systems.

【Preferred Qualifications】


• Experience in FinTech, cryptocurrency, or payment industries, with familiarity in emerging financial ecosystems.


• Strong data analysis skills (knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus) to enhance financial decision-making through insights.


• Hands-on experience in financial automation, system implementation, or process optimization, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
