Your Role|

Responsible for the overall planning, organizing and implementation of all WMS functions integration from local to Global system Cargo Write. Fulfil management requests and corporate IT development for existing applications and development of new technical solutions.

Main Task Description|

• Integration of Local and Headquarters Systems (Cargo WRITE) 本地與總部系統 (Cargo Write) 之整合
• Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Pre-Implementation Communication 需求收集分析與導入前溝通

Collaborate with international or internal teams to deeply understand business execution needs, assist Local and Global teams in pre-implementation communication, and ensure the system meets requirements upon integration.

與國外或內部團隊合作,深入了解業務執行的需求,協助 Local 及 Global 在系統導入前的溝通,確保系統導入時符合所需。

• Technical support 技術支援

Identify and resolve local requirements and issues during practical application. Establish a seamless communication platform for IT teams and relevant users to address integration-related problems.

釐清並解決 Local 在實際應用過程中的需求和問題,為 IT 團隊或其他和相關使用者建立無縫的溝通平台,解決整合相關問題。

• System Integration Testing and Validation 系統整合測試與驗證
• System functionality testing 系統功能測試

Perform functional tests of the integrated system, including pre-implementation and acceptance testing, to ensure the system meets design specifications and business requirements.

執行整合系統的功能,導入前的測試,與驗收測試,確保系統滿足設計規範和業務需求。

• System performance optimization 系統性能優化

Collaborate with the development team to make necessary parameter adjustments based on system performance, troubleshoot faults and anomalies, and ensure efficient system operation.

• System Integration Maintenance and Support 系統整合維護與支援
• Post-implementation monitoring 監控系統導入後狀況

Assist Local and Global teams in addressing anomalies, implement appropriate solutions and recommendations through communication, and ensure real-time user experience and service.

• Documentation and Training 文件撰寫與培訓
• Technical documentation 技術文件撰寫

Write, organize, and manage project-related technical documents to ensure completeness and traceability.

撰寫並整理和管理專案相關的技術文件,確保文件的完整性和可追溯性。

• User training 使用者教育訓練

User education and training: Provide training as needed to ensure users can effectively query and utilize the integrated system.

必要時為使用者提供教育訓練,確保他們能夠有效地查詢並使用整合資訊的狀態。

• Integration of New Customers and Existing Systems 新客戶與現有系統的整合
• Data exchange between DSV and customer systems DSV與客戶系統間資料交換

Collect customer EDI data exchange requirements and documentation, clarify needs with the international EDI team, and assist in local system implementation and training after development.

收集客戶 EDI 資料交換需求與文件,與國外 EDI 團隊進行需求釐清。國外開發完畢後,協助系統在 Local 導入,並進行教育訓練。

Qualification|

• Proficient in MS SQL, C#, .NET framework, and Android Studio

熟悉 MS SQL, C#, .net framework, Android studio

• Fluent in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with proficiency in English email and communication.

精通中英文(聽,說,讀,寫),具備英文email與溝通能力。

• With related experience in warehouse operation.

具備倉儲物流相關經驗

Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and experienced in related planning and implementation.
