Senior PLC Engineer – Open to Foreign Candidates

We are seeking a seasoned Instrumentation & Automation Engineering Manager with a proven track record in complex control system integration and project execution. The ideal candidate brings:

  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience with PLC (AB / Siemens) and SCADA systems (InTouch / System Platform); solid background in instrumentation and control systems integration.
  • Responsible for the installation, inspection, supervision, commissioning, validation, maintenance, and software development of control systems such as DCS, SCADA, and PLC.
  • Able to develop and execute project management plans, understand site construction methods and safety regulations, and effectively coordinate with both internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to support business and client needs, including equipment installation and system troubleshooting.
  • English is the primary working language; proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
  • The primary work location is Hsinchu, and the candidate must be flexible to provide occasional short-term overseas assignments to support project execution at foreign subsidiaries' sites.
