  1. 設計並研發能達成計畫目標的健全且高品質產品之生產程序,為CNC製程之專家。

  2. 主導加工製程的評估與開發,確保具備良好的可製造性與量產穩定性。

  3. 熟悉如何依據最佳製造法及標準流程完成工作,能因應業務進行必要文件改版編寫。

  4. 導入新技術、工具或方法(如自動化、夾治具設計等),以提升製程能力與效率。

  5. 作為專案領導者能啟動專案,進行持續改善專案工作,並熟悉A3報告等專案工具。

  6. 有效的運用工程分析工具減少製造風險,如品質手法觀念:CPK、pFMEA、8D、DOE。

  7. 熟悉CAM軟體應用及編寫程式。

  8. 熟悉CNC上下階串聯應用,對量測手法有實際操作過。

  9. 指導內製程工程師,強化其技術判斷與問題解決能力。

  10. 執行主管交付任務。
