你將在團隊參與⋯

  • 參與 Dcard 機器學習相關產品的開發以及演進,可能會碰觸到演算法開發、模型訓練、Feature pipeline 設計以及維護服務的正常運作。
  • 與其他 Data Component 的開發者合作,一起建置 Dcard 機器學習相關系統。
  • 從大量使用者數據中分析、挖掘洞察以迭代演算法優化。
  • 設計並進行 A/B 測試實驗,驗證演算法的成效。

我們期待看到一個優秀的 Senior Machine Learning Engineer 具備以下能力

  • 有兩年以上的推薦系統、搜尋、電商或廣告系統工作經驗,熟悉相關應用場景。
  • 熱愛思考使⽤者的需求,動手將演算法打造成產品。
  • 熟悉 Python 且不排斥學習新語言。
  • 喜歡追求高品質的程式,面對需求能夠提出最小可行性系統架構及了解其中的 tradeoff。
  • 有良好的溝通協作能力,能夠清楚的表達想法,並與其他團隊順利合作。
  • 對機器學習演算法及工作流程有基礎的認知,例如 NLP、Deep Learning、Recommendation System 等。

如果你擁有以下能力,那就更棒了

  • 擁有超過兩年的推薦系統相關經驗,在相關應用場景中具備領導團隊或擔任技術負責人的成功經歷。
  • 熟悉分散式系統設計,能夠處理巨量資料或開發大型系統。
  • 熟悉機器學習系統商業應用場景、系統設計。
  • 能夠解決主流 ML framework 在巨量資料開發時遇到的問題。

  • 熟悉以下其中幾項技術:

  • PyTorch / Scikit-Learn / XGBoost / Tensorflow

  • Airflow
  • GCP / Kubernetes
  • SQL / NoSQL / Redis
  • Linux
