We are looking for a senior product leader to drive the overall strategy for the Kolr platform while accelerating the growth of our key AI tools, Kolr and its extended products, to expand our product's global footprint.

Your Role & Challenges

As the Global Staff Product Manager for Kolr, you will report directly to the CEO, serving as the visionary leader for our product's success in global markets. This is a highly influential
Individual Contributor
role, where you will balance a macro-level strategic vision with the hands-on execution required for growth.

Product Strategy & International Leadership

  • Lead the overall product roadmap and strategy for the Kolr platform and its extended products in both Taiwan and overseas markets, ensuring the product effectively meets global business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, user behavior, and the competitive landscape in target markets to precisely define localization and internationalization priorities for the platform and its tools.
  • You will be the critical link between the product and the market, collaborating closely with our Global Marketing and Global Sales teams to translate market needs into tangible product features and ensure the product effectively supports global go-to-market strategies.

Growth Driver for the Platform & Extended Products

  • Drive the strategy and growth for the
    Kolr platform (Kolr SaaS)
    and its extended products, ensuring they work seamlessly together to create greater user value.
  • Apply
    Growth Hacking
    principles to make all decisions data-driven, and design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to rapidly improve product metrics.
  • Continuously track and analyze core product metrics, and iterate on the product based on data to enhance user experience, adoption, and retention.

Impact & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the central communication hub, clearly articulating the product vision and effectively coordinating resources from engineering, design, and data teams to ensure alignment with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and track product KPIs (including, but not limited to, user activity, infrastructure costs, etc.) to ensure business goals are met.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Senior Product Experience:
    At least
    8 years
    of software product management experience, with a deep background in
    SaaS products
    and experience managing both platforms and specific tools.
  • Internationalization Expertise:
    At least
    2 years
    of successful experience in product internationalization or overseas market expansion, with demonstrated cases of launching products in multiple markets.
  • Agile Project Management:
    Familiar with Agile project management and tools like
    Notion
    .
  • Growth Hacking & Data Mindset:
    Proficient in applying Growth Hacking methodologies and highly experienced in using data to drive product growth.
  • Agile & Leadership Skills:
    Master of Agile frameworks like
    Scrum
    and experienced in leading multiple product teams without direct authority.
  • Industry Insight:
    Possesses a unique and profound understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, or the MarTech industry.
  • Fluent Communication:
    Fluent in both Mandarin and English to collaborate seamlessly with international teams.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with user research and needs analysis for B2B or B2C AI products.
  • Familiar with data-driven product decision-making methods (e.g., A/B testing, user behavior analysis, retention analysis).
  • Experience handling cross-cultural collaboration challenges in international markets.
  • Proven experience taking a product from

  • Japanese language skills are a plus.
