We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven
Country Manager (New BU - TW & HK GTM Lead)
to lead and expand Partipost's overall commercial strategy, sales growth, and key partnerships within a designated region. This role requires a proven track record in
people management
, deep expertise in
regional sales and partnership development
, and exceptional capabilities in critical thinking and problem-solving,
along with strong ownership, sound decision-making, and the ability to
communicate effectively with C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Growth Strategy & Sales Leadership
- Develop and Execute Strategy:
Define and implement high-impact regional sales, business development, and market entry strategies to achieve annual revenue, profit, and market share targets. - Drive Key Relationships:
Personally lead and close significant, high-value regional client acquisitions. Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders. - Market Intelligence:
Continuously monitor regional market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to ensure Partipost's offerings maintain market relevance and competitive advantage.
Team Leadership & Management
- Build High-Performing Teams:
Directly manage and mentor the Regional Commercial team. Take responsibility for recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Champion regional priorities through close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Growth, Customer Success), ensuring strategic alignment and mutual accountability. - Business Impact & Accountability:
Drive measurable regional growth by setting ambitious targets, monitoring KPIs, and holding the team accountable for delivering results aligned with company objectives.
Strategic Decisions & Business Performance
- Complex Commercial Problem Solving:
Leverage advanced critical thinking to dissect high-stakes regional business challenges, from pricing strategy and competitive threats to operational bottlenecks, and design innovative, actionable solutions that drive measurable outcomes. - High-Stakes Decision Ownership:
Make decisive, well-informed decisions that directly influence regional revenue, profitability, and market positioning. Own full accountability for the execution and results of all regional commercial initiatives, even under uncertainty or time pressure. - Resource & Budget Optimization:
Strategically allocate resources and manage the regional budget to maximize ROI, ensuring every investment and operational decision contributes to scalable growth and commercial success.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within Tech, SaaS, MarTech, or Digital Advertising.
- Minimum 3 years of proven regional commercial leadership with people management responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in driving significant growth and scaling operations across multiple markets via regional sales and strategic partnerships.
- Deep knowledge of the region's commercial cultures, regulatory frameworks, and operational nuances.
- Exceptional ability to engage in high-level strategic discussions and negotiations with C-level executives, clearly articulating Partipost's value proposition.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, taking full responsibility for the performance and results of your team and business unit.
- Excellent analytical and commercial acumen, able to translate market data into actionable strategies.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, with a hands-on, pioneering mindset.
- Highly skilled at influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
