Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with management to build and sustain strong, strategic relationships with investors.

-Support the creation of investor communications, including presentations, press releases, Q&A documents, and quarterly/annual reports.

-Assist in financial disclosure activities to ensure full compliance with stock exchange rules and regulatory standards.

-Perform industry, financial, and competitor analyses, and prepare regular reports to inform management decisions.

-Help management banking relationships and financing efforts, including preparing treasury updates, loan usage summaries, and financing evaluations.

-Work closely with key teams across the organization to gain a deep understanding of financial performance drivers, business strategies, and competitive advantages.

Qualifications:

-Holds an MBA degree.

-Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Excellent communicator with a keen awareness of tone and word choice.

-Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities, paired with solid presentation skills and sharp business acumen.

-Highly skilled in using Excel and PowerPoint — these are essential tools for the role.

-Professional, approachable, self-motivated, disciplined, and maintains a positive attitude.
