In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operational processes for onshore, offshore, and ETF funds. The team handles client account opening, transaction processing, reconciliation, dividend distribution, and regulatory reporting to ensure accurate and compliant fund operations. It also works with custodial banks and internal teams to enhance systems and improve efficiency.

What you will do

• Execute onshore and offshore fund operations, including client account opening, transactions, data entry, bank account reconciliation, order processing, and regulator reporting.
• Process ETF fund transactions and prepare related reports.
• Handle client-related fund matters and communicate with custodial banks as need.
• Participate in project execution, system requirements planning, and testing.
• Assist supervisors with various administrative tasks.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related fields.
• Over 5 years of experience in finance, mutual funds, banking, or securities.
• Familiarity with onshore / offshore / ETF fund operations.
• Possession of a valid SITE/SICE professional license.
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and adept at numerical analysis with strong stress management skills.
