您將會負責以下主要工作內容

  1. 智慧座艙設計:從需求訪談、使用者情境分析到互動原型,深耕車用 HMI 全流程
  2. 顯示技術融合人因:結合先進顯示與人因工程原則,打造直覺、安全的使用者體驗
  3. 跨領域應用:參與零售、醫療、智慧服務等專案,運用 UX 方法洞察不同使用者需求
  4. 視覺設計實踐:協助產出高完成度介面視覺稿,並維持一致的設計風格與使用者路徑
  5. 用戶測試與優化:定期檢視設計與測試數據,迅速迭代以提升可用性與設計品質
  6. 設計簡報與共識:對客戶與內部團隊提案,推動專案共識與落地實現

其他條件

  1. UI/UX 實務經驗:熟悉使用者研究、原型製作、易用性測試等流程,並具備一定的視覺設計能力
  2. 車用領域加分:了解車規標準、人因工程或曾參與車用專案者尤佳
  3. 跨領域理解:願意投入零售、醫療、智慧服務等領域的 UX 設計,以增進多元場域經驗
  4. 工具與語言:熟悉 Figma、Sketch、Adobe CC 等設計工具;具英語或德語聽說讀寫能力佳
  5. 作品集:請附上展現設計理念與個人美學的作品,若含車用 HMI 或跨域專案案例更佳
  6. 海外經驗與互動開發:有海外求學/工作經驗或軟硬體互動設計經驗者優先
