[What We're Looking For]

**必備技能**

  • 3+ 年 UI/UX 實務經驗,並具備 1+ 年 團隊領導經驗。

  • 熟悉 Figma、AI、PS 等設計工具,並能善用 AI 工具提升團隊效率與創意發想。

  • 能有效與高階主管、PM、工程師及外部合作夥伴溝通協作。

  • 具備輔導與培養團隊成員的能力,並能有效地分配任務與賦予責任。

**加分特質**

  • 深厚的 UX 策略思維:能從商業角度分析用戶需求並定義產品方向。

  • 應變能力:能在快節奏的環境中,彈性應變與調派工作,確保專案順利進行。

  • Ownership:能主動發現專案或團隊的潛在問題,並積極提出創新解決方案。
