Position Summary
【
Purpose of Role
】

Responsible for assisting Manager and Assistant Manager in the supervision of restaurant daily operations in order to meet and exceed customer needs and business requirements; while ensuring adherence to service standard and operating procedures.

【
Cast Key Responsibilities
】

  • Supervise and inspect restaurant opening and closing duties.
  • Assign duties to reporting Talent and fill out station chart.
  • Demonstration Whatever/Whenever attitude when responding to guest request
  • Assist in training needs identification and training plan development
  • Provide coaching and conduct training for all reporting Talent to ensure that service standards are followed
  • Motivate Talent to bring excellent performance, enforce discipline as a role model of their performance.
